Quality with a promise

Laimburg Winery is part of the homonymous Laimburg Research Centre and processes grapes from 20 hectares of vineyards situated in all wine-growing zones of Alto Adige, with different soils and locations between 200-750 m above sea level. As a model company in viticulture and cellar management, the priority is to bring the special character of the Alto Adige grape varieties and its terroir into the glass and to combine it with the best tradition of a long wine-growing culture in the Dolomites region.

Weinberg Dolomiten Weiß IGT

Our orange wine. Brilliant golden yellow. Fruity bouquet with aromatic notes, complemented by subtle oak. Full bodied with pleasant salty minerality. Persistent and dry.

Elyònd

Alto Adige Gewürztraminer Riserva DOC

Gewürztraminer from Sella, the sun terrace of Alto Adige. Rich, golden yellow. Roses, lavender and dried figs define the aroma spectrum. A pleasant,
lingering acidity imparts elegance and finesse. Opulent yet well balanced; dry.

Weinberg Dolomiten Rot IGT

An unique blend! Deep ruby-red with garnet highlights. Delicate aromas of fruit and subtle smoked wood. Robust, with fine-grained tannins and a lingering finish. Very complex; dry.
