To meet all demands demands modern viticulture to harmonise traditional practices in agreement with the natural environment. Our contribution is to cultivate, besides traditional and autochthonous varieties, resistant varieties, so-called PIWIs. „PIWI“ is a German abbreviation and stands for fungus resistant grape varieties. These were created by crossing European grape varieties and American fungus resistant varietals.
